Dear ESCRS Community
The 39th Congress of the ESCRS is planned to take place live in Amsterdam in a face-to-face format with limited seats available, ensuring a safe event.
This will be a unique opportunity to reconnect, learn, and network! In addition, virtual seats will also be offered allowing global attendance to those who cannot travel or secure a physical registration.
Physical and virtual congress registrations opened in early June for full ESCRS members first (become a member here), followed by registrations for non-member ophthalmologists. Registrations will be open for all participants in early July.
The confirmed dates at the RAI in Amsterdam are: 8 – 11 October 2021.
We are aiming to be amongst the first international congresses to go back to face-to-face interactions and we will of course be mindful to respect all measures put in place by the Dutch Government to maintain everyone’s safety given the current global situation.
Preparations are well under way to adapt the scientific programme and congress experience to accommodate the necessary space needed for you to be able to fully participate either physically and virtually.
